Section 24(1)(c) Conditional Discharge Procedure

Use this procedure to provide an understanding of processes regarding section 24(1)(c) conditional discharge. This section allows eligible and suitably assessed detainees to be released before their control order expires.

The steps to be taken by staff depend on the role of the staff member. These roles include: Unit Manager, Assistant Manager, Centre Psychologist and Regional Director.
