Work and Development Order Procedure

Use this procedure when determining, administrating and managing Work and Development Orders, from the young person’s entry into the Youth Justice system until the completion of Work and Development Order processes.

The purpose of this procedure is to outline the steps required, as an approved sponsor organisation, to administer and oversee the Work and Development Order Scheme according to Revenue NSW requirements.
