The Funded Services Policy applies to all Youth Justice NSW employees who engage funded services to support case management, cultural support, rehabilitation and community reintegration.
This policy forms part of a strategic framework that aims to provide a consistent referral management process that is responsive to individual needs and risks. It takes into account contemporary funding processes, accountability and participation in key treatment programs and interventions.
