This policy outlines how case management is implemented in Youth Justice NSW. It incorporates four components of case management:
- assessment
- case planning
- implementation and monitoring
- review and closure.
The Youth Justice Case Management Policy recognises the importance of empowering young people through developing and enhancing their skills and strengths, thereby recognising the young person’s contribution to the case management process.
