The Alcohol and Drug Testing Policy sets out the principles for testing detainees, the types of tests that will be undertaken, as well as the circumstances required for random and target testing of detainees.

This policy also identifies the consequences that will apply when a detainee refuses to provide a sample for testing or returns a non-negative or positive test result.
