Relocation and Travel Policy

This policy and related procedures provide employees with information on managing young people on community-based supervised orders who are travelling or relocating, within and outside NSW.

The policy includes information about the circumstances in which Youth Justice NSW retains responsibility for the order including any warning or breach processes and when the parole order becomes enforceable in the new jurisdiction.
