Connect and Thrive provides opportunities for young people to connect with their peers, collaborate with decision-makers on local issues, and contribute ideas for positive change.

Connect and Thrive: Pathways Series

Connect and Thrive: Pathways events are for young people. 

These events give young people the chance to:

  • network with peers,
  • connect with local young leaders and professionals,
  • build leadership and networking skills,
  • share ideas for community improvements,
  • and hear from businesses, organisations, and government agencies working within their communities to support young people in finding their path. 

In 2025, events were held in:

  • Parkes
  • Albury
  • Kempsey
  • Tamworth
  • Moree
  • The Tweed
