Scope

This general retention and disposal authority covers administrative records created and maintained by national bodies.

Public office

This disposal authority will apply to national bodies established under national schemes where Constitutional powers rest with States and Territories, and not the Commonwealth, and where the bodies concerned are not otherwise Commonwealth bodies. 

Used by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority, Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
