Public submissions on proposed amendments to the Land Management Code

Proposed amendments to the Land Management (Native Vegetation) Code 2018 (the Code) were on public exhibition for 8 weeks from 6 June 2025 to 1 August 2025.

A total of 1492 submissions were received during the public exhibition period. This included:

• 1346 proforma letters and emails
• 146 unique submissions. 

These submissions (including a sample of each type of proforma submission received) are available to view via the PDF download links below.

Excluded from the submissions documents are additional copies of the same type of proforma submission, and submissions where there was a request by the owner not to publish the submission. 

Some submissions have been published anonymously by request of the owner.
