The Inquiry into the contamination of Sydney's water supply was conducted by Peter McClellan QC.

About the Inquiry

In July 1998 an outbreak of Cryptospoidium and the micro-organism Giardia was found in Sydney's water supply.

The NSW Government commissioned an independent review of the procedures and actions taken by Sydney Water and the Health Department after evidence of contamination had been found.
