About this location
The Yass Archives are open by appointment on Tuesdays only. Meanwhile postal or emailed enquiries and image orders will be attended to upon receipt of the enquiry form and the relevant fee.
The Yass Archives are located upstairs at the Memorial Hall, entry via the lane way to the Library off Comur Street in Yass. The Yass Library is situated at the back of the Memorial Hall and next to the archive's office.
The Archives are the depository for photographic and print records of the Yass Valley. It is also an excellent starting point if you are researching your family history in the Yass area. The volunteers are willing and on hand to assist you with your research.
The search forms are available from the Yass Valley Visitor Information Centre. Send an email or visit the website and they will happily answer your request. Search fees do apply.
