The Research and Resource Library - uncovers Buckinbahs Colonial Past! John Oxley describes the Yeoval area in his Journals of 1817, The first Squatters in NSW settled in 1840, The Cobb & Co Gold Escort Trails in 1864, opened up the west. Yeoval was boyhood home of Banjo Paterson.
