Overview of this event
Make and fly a kite! Beginning with a children's kite-building workshop, participants can head outside to launch their creations into the sky. Plenty of fun is available for all ages, with kids, parents and grandparents all able to join in the excitement together.
A sausage sizzle from the BBQ stall and a barista coffee from the coffee van are available. Or bring a picnic, sit back, and watch the newly-made kites soar in the air.
Bookings are essential. Six thirty-minute kite-building sessions are available.
The kite kit, construction and decorating are included. The special kites are guaranteed to fly!
General admission to the garden is free. Free parking is available. Electronic funds transfer at point of sale is available.
Note: No dogs are permitted as the area is a protected bird habitat.
