Overview of this event

Lismore Parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly weekly five-kilometre community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate! Be there for the briefing at 6:50 am, ready to start at 7 am sharp! All children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, guardian or other designated adult and participants can bring one dog on a short lead. Bring your printed barcode to get your result at the end of each run. To register and print out your barcode, click sign up on the Lismore Parkrun Facebook page. It's a great community event run by many passionate volunteers who love giving encouragement and enjoying each day. Best of all when your parkrun is finished you can join other park runners for a coffee.
