Overview of this event
Applied improv isn’t about being funny or performing comedy. It’s about getting out of your head, thinking on your feet, telling your story, and connecting with people in a way that feels genuine. Through a series of fast-paced activities, you’ll build communication skills you can use everyday.
You’ll explore three areas most people want to improve:
- Impromptu speaking: learn how to express your ideas clearly and authentically without overthinking.
- Active listening and presence: respond in the moment, build on others’ ideas, and read the room.
- Confidence and connection: develop natural, engaging communication for real situations like interviews, presentations, difficult conversations, and meeting new people.
