About the portal
The ATP course management portal is an online portal used by all Approved Training Providers (ATP) that deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG), Licensee (LT), and/or Advanced Licensee (ALT) training courses.
The ATP portal links to the Government licensing database and records details of students who successfully complete L&GNSW mandatory courses.
How does the ATP course management portal work?
The ATP portal allows an approved training provider to:
- schedule, search, change, or cancel a course
- enrol students
- download interim and completion certificates
- complete course payments and print tax invoices.
Apply for ATP portal access
Approved training providers can apply directly to L&GNSW for ATP portal access by completing the online CC0100 ATP course management portal access form
This form allows an ATP to:
- apply for user access to the ATP portal
- update contact details of an existing ATP portal user
- remove an existing ATP portal user
Note: An ATP can nominate multiple portal users. Each user must have a unique email address and will be issued with an individual portal User Identification (UID) and password.
