Companion Card

The NSW Companion Card program is for people with significant and permanent disability who have a lifelong need for attendant care support when accessing the community. The Companion Card allows a cardholder’s support person free entry into participating venues and events.

To renew or replace a NSW Companion Card please send us an email.

For all other enquiries call us on 1800 893 044 Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.

Our office will be closed from the 24^th December 2025 and will open 9^th January 2026. We wish you all a happy holiday period.
