Agencies working together to counter violent extremism must communicate a clear and consistent message. This ensures the messaging of one agency does not:
- conflict with another agency’s message
- undermine another agency's message.
Agencies should establish standards for CVE messaging. These can then be used to assess:
- the coherency of the message
- the delivery of the message.
