Privacy - Password Portal

The Password Portal is used to update your GovConnect password.

What kind of personal information is collected and held?

The Password Portal makes use of a secure code to verify identity.  There is a mandatory field for an alternate phone number at first Sign In. You can choose whether to use your personal mobile number as an alternative number.

Providing your number is optional
