Asquith 79 Pty Ltd (ACN 634 753 325) as trustee for Asquith 79 Unit Trust (ABN 45 932 168 925) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to address 417-419 Pacific Highway Asquith NSW 2077 (formerly Lot 1 DP 1267656; now comprising SP 104499). Asquith 79 Pty Ltd (ACN 634 753 325) as trustee for Asquith 79 Unit Trust (ABN 45 932 168 925) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out in below in this Order.
