27 John Rise Pty Ltd (ACN: 621 451 223) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 27 John Street, St Marys (SP97623, Lot 1 & 2 DP 513584) (the Development).

27 John Rise Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
