Building Work Rectification Order for Arden CH (NSW) Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Arden CH (NSW) Pty Ltd as Trustee for the ACH Unit Trust (ACN 155 939 423) (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to the Class 2 residential apartment building located at ‘Oakmont’, 1- 2 Lucinda Ave, Norwest, NSW, 2153 (SP 93227) (the Development).

Arden CH (NSW) Pty Ltd as Trustee for the ACH Unit Trust (ACN 155 939 423) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in Table 1 of this Order.

This Order must be complied with within the period set out in Table 1 of this Order.
