Auxunkia Pty Ltd (ACN 624 830 637) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 44 Manning Street, Kiama NSW 2533
(SP102076).

Auxunkia Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.
