Avance Urban Pty Limited (ACN 608 510 685) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 53- 57 Atchison Street Crows Nest (SP98620) (the Development).

Avance Urban Pty Limited (ACN 608 510 685) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
