Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Basebuild Pty Limited (ACN 054 132 419) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 9 Watt Street NEWCASTLE NSW 2300 (CP/SP91597) (the Development).

Basebuild Pty Limited (ACN 054 132 419) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
