Bennett Hilly Development Pty Ltd (ACN 165 271 303) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to addresses 1 Northcote Street (SP 95581), MORTLAKE NSW 2137 and 14-22 Hilly Street (SP 95582), MORTLAKE NSW 2137 (the Development). Bennett Hilly Development Pty Ltd (ACN 165 271 303) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
