BGY North Ryde Pty Ltd (ACN 166 083 343) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 5 Network Place, North Ryde NSW 2113 Lot 2, DP 271157, SP97810.

BGY North Ryde Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
