Burbang22 Pty Ltd (ACN 605 408 928) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 22-24 Burbang Crescent, Rydalmere NSW 2116 (SP93906) (the Development).

Burbang22 Pty Ltd (ACN 605 408 928) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
