Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Champs Properties Pty Ltd (ACN 111 509 187) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 83 Campbell Street, Liverpool NSW 2170 (SP 98017).

Champs Properties Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
