Building work rectification order for Developcorp Constructions Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Developcorp Constructions Pty Ltd (ACN 142 680 466) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 16-20 Park Avenue, Waitara NSW 2077 (SP 91025). Developcorp Constructions Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
