Building Work Rectification Order for Easy Sky Waitara Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Easy Sky Waitara Pty Ltd (ACN 607 835 754) and Auxunwaita Pty Ltd (ACN 608 295 307) are being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 8 – 10 Park Avenue, Waitara NSW 2077 (SP94224).

Easy Sky Waitara Pty Ltd and Auxunwaita Pty Ltd are required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.
