Building Work Rectification Order for Great Tang Brothers Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020 

Great Tang Brothers Pty Ltd (ACN 143 589 806) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 26 Jasmine Street, Botany, NSW, 2019 (SP90889) (the Development). 

Great Tang Brothers Pty Ltd (ACN 143 589 806) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
