Building Work Rectification Order for Hinkler Development Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Hinkler Development Pty Ltd (ACN 168 357 435) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 11-13 Hinkler Ave, Caringbah NSW 2229 (SP/100698) (DP 15573) (the Development).

Hinkler Development Pty Ltd (ACN 168 357 435) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
