Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

HPG Balgowlah Project Pty Ltd (ACN 623 235 281) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 404 Sydney Road, Balgowlah NSW 2093 (SP102294).

HPG Balgowlah Project Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
