Innerwest 888 Pty Ltd (ACN 161 047 427) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 610-618 New Canterbury Road, Hurlstone Park NSW 2193 (SP89453). Innerwest 888 Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
