Jacota Pty Ltd (ACN 002 026 191) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 9 Young Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 (SP94970).

Jacota Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
