Loulach Steel Pty Ltd (ACN 001 945 848) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 44 Armbruster Avenue, North Kellyville NSW 2155 (SP99649).

Loulach Steel Pty Ltd (ACN 001 945 848) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
