Building Work Rectification Order for Mars Building Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Mars Building Pty Ltd ACN 142 968 269 is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 122 Parry Street, Newcastle West NSW 2302 (SP 100095).

Mars Building Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
