Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020
Mr Derek William McCartney (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to the Class 2 residential apartment building located at ‘Oakmont’, 1- 2 Lucinda Ave, Norwest, NSW, 2153 (SP 93227) (the Development).
Mr Derek William McCartney is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in Table 1 this Order.
This Order must be complied with within the period set out in Table 1 of this Order.
