Building Work Rectification Order for Pacific Outlook Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Pacific Outlook Pty Ltd (ACN 127 809 563) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 2 – 6 Bay Street, Tweed Heads NSW 2485 (SP97735, SP101962 and SP102034).

Pacific Outlook Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
