Building Work Rectification Order for Robert Touma

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Robert Touma (Builder’s Licence No. 135073C) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 530-532 Liverpool Road, Strathfield South, NSW 2136 (SP 94197; Lot 2 and 3 DP 18100).

Robert Touma is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
