Velkin Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 616 019 455) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 8 Great Western Highway, Leura NSW 2780.

Velkin Holdings Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
