Building Work Rectification Order for Waitara Group Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Waitara Group Pty Ltd (ACN 159 694 096) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 51-53A Balmoral Street, Waitara NSW 2077 (SP 98645)

Waitara Group Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
