Building Work Rectification Order on KYS Group Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

KYS Group Pty Ltd (ACN 105 493 365) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 196-202 Wyndham Street, Alexandria (SP96877).

KYS Group Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
