Building Work Rectification Order on Arden TL Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Arden TL Pty Ltd (ACN 616 468 636) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 266 Pennant Hills Road, Thornleigh NSW 2120 (SP102136).

Arden TL Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
