Lavish Construction and Development Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Lot 12 (DP20858) 467 Princes Highway Kirrawee NSW 2232 (the Development).

Lavish Construction and Development Pty is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
