Rectification Order for Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 22 Flammulina Crescent, Vineyard NSW 2765.

Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
