Rectification Order for Hadar Investments Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Hadar Investments Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 12 (Lot 540) Fleet Court Ettamogah (the Development).

Hadar Investments Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
