Rectification Order for Intelligent Building Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Intelligent Building Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 4 Selkirk Place, Bligh Park NSW 2756 (Lot 553/ DP749929) (the Development).

Intelligent Building Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
