Peter & Jayne Bowen Pty Ltd and Peter Bowen Homes Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Unit 2 Lot 515 Bradford Drive Thurgoona (the Development).

Peter & Jayne Bowen Pty Ltd and Peter Bowen Homes Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
